As a result of the 2018 regional IARTEM conference in Buenos Aires the two volumes of the book Investigaciones sobre libros de texto y medios de enseñanza – Contribuciones desde América Latina have just been published. The publication is edited by Graciela María Carbone, Jesús Rodríguez Rodríguez, Nilson Marcos Dias Garcia and Tânia Maria F. Braga Garcia and contains contributions from the conference participants and other Latin-American researchers.

The proceedings of the 13th IARTEM Conference 2015 in Berlin, Textbooks and Educational Media: Perspectives from Subject Education is now published by Springer.
This book brings together empirical research and conceptual work on textbooks and education media from 13 countries and 17 disciplines. Along with textbook production, usage, and development, it also explores the interconnectedness of (educational) policy and teaching and learning materials. (more…)

The deadline for the conference volume for the 11th IARTEM conference in Kaunas is extended to 15 April 2012. The board has decided that we will approach a German publisher to have the contributions published as a peer reviewed edited book. Please see the author guidelines if you want to contribute.
