The programmes of the Eleventh International Conference on Textbooks and Educational Media are now online. The conference will take place in Kaunas, Lithuania from 28 till 30 September 2011.

This volume presents papers which were presented during the 10th IARTEM conference on textbooks and educational media, held at the University of Santiago de Compostela, Spain in September 2009, “Local, National and Transnational Identities in Textbooks and Educational Media”. More than hundred participants attended the conference, coming from five continents and fourty different countries.
