On teaching standards and use of teaching materials and textbooks

Board members of IARTEM have worked on the development of a set of standards on the use of teaching and learning materials in school classrooms. There is an international movement in making teachers more accountable and developing teaching standards to regulate teacher education, professional development and teacher competency.
